Thomas Tong
Thomas is a corporate solicitor. Prior to joining Moore SGD Law, Thomas worked at a commercial law firm in London and advised international and domestic clients in a wide range of corporate, commercial and banking matters.
Thomas advises clients on:
- corporate re-organisations;
- Employee Ownership Trusts;
- mergers and acquisitions;
- articles of associations;
- shareholders’ agreements;
- share buy-backs; and
- general corporate matters.
