Thomas is a corporate solicitor who advises clients on a range of corporate matters. Before joining Moore SGD Law, he worked at a commercial law firm in London, where he gained experience supporting both domestic and international clients across various corporate, commercial and banking transactions.
Thomas assists businesses with corporate reorganisations, helping them navigate structural changes effectively. He has experience with Employee Ownership Trusts, guiding companies through the transition to employee-led models. He also works on mergers and acquisitions, supporting clients throughout the transaction process.
