Ryan D’Souza
Ryan is a director with over 20 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, restructuring and private equity across various jurisdictions and sectors, including with regard to blockchain and crypto-asset technologies.
In addition to drafting commercial documents for companies, shareholders and partnerships, Ryan also advises on employment law.
Ryan’s MBA enables his unique insight into the needs of a business. He is also a Solicitor-Advocate having been called as a Barrister (Lincoln’s Inn, 2003), providing an understanding of contentious issues that clients find comforting in high-stakes transactions.
