Rory assists clients with all aspects of private client practice, including preparing bespoke wills, establishing various trust structures and assisting with probate and the administration of estates. His wider experience in corporate and commercial law provides him with an in-depth understanding of the estate planning needs of business owners.
Rory is a Registered Foreign Lawyer, admitted in 2019 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. He trained at a boutique private client practice in New Zealand, specialising in trusts and estate planning for high net worth individuals as well as corporate and commercial law for owner-operated businesses. He then broadened his expertise at a leading regional firm in the UK, advising on trust structures.
