Joseph Choudhury
Joseph is a solicitor in the immigration team. Prior to joining Moore SGD Law, Joseph was a Presenting Officer at the Home Office for over three and half years in which he represented and advocated in immigration appeals. His experience provides him with insight into the Home Office and enables him to provide clients with invaluable guidance optimising application approval chances.
Working closely with Mark Barnett, the Head of Immigration, Joseph assists with advising and representing companies and organisations of various sizes, as well as family offices and private individuals on their UK immigration issues and objectives when entering or staying in the UK and also advises businesses how to comply with the ever changing landscape of immigration legislation.
Joseph’s work includes the detailed preparation of a broad range of UK immigration applications including the work and family categories and for Indefinite Leave to Remain and British Nationality applications.
