Hammond qualified as a solicitor while working at Universal Music Group in London, where he spent 5 years in their business affairs team. Prior to working at UMG, he gained experience with other major record labels as well as several London law firms.
A keen sportsman and music fanatic, Hammond also has a wide variety of experience across artist management, livestreaming and television production.
