An experienced consultant on the corporate legal team, Daniel has worked across a variety of sectors acting for banks, private equity firms, SMEs and management teams.
He has a broad range of corporate, company and commercial experience with particular expertise of the following: mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, joint ventures, share reorganisations, corporate lending and share option schemes.
Daniel’s approach is to focus on the commercial issues first, but he also believes that the devil is in the detail and has excellent drafting and negotiating skills.
