Equity, diversity and inclusion

Different input and perspectives help make our firm and our clients succeed. We welcome people from a range of backgrounds as we shape teams that represent the diverse communities we work with. We’re proud to have made changes that help us build agile teams, improve our gender pay gap, and develop our equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives and policies.

There are always opportunities to grow and learn, so we actively listen and improve. If you can help us on our journey, bring your authentic self to work, and join us in building a sustainable and inclusive workplace, we want to hear from you.

Our recruitment and assessment processes are adaptable for anyone with additional needs to ensure everyone can access equal opportunities. Please get in touch to discuss how we can best support your application.

Progression and development

Championing everyone to be confident and happy in being the best they can be, we’ll support your personal and professional growth throughout a long, rewarding career. Our culture of continuous learning starts with understanding your goals. We encourage you to take ownership of the direction you want to go, with initiatives to help you achieve the highest levels of performance and enjoyment at all stages of your journey.

As well as a suite of professional and technical skills-based opportunities, you can benefit from our mentoring programme, designed to give you the tools to identify your strengths and areas for growth. Knowledge sharing is a powerful learning tool, so our Empower Hour offers an informal forum to connect and exchange experiences, cultivating deeper understanding among colleagues.

Flexibility and work-life balance

Flexibility is key to an inclusive, fair workplace. Strike the right work-life balance with our hybrid approach, which balances your needs with the requirements of our clients. Most teams spend two to three days in the office, depending on roles. Our core hours of 10am–3pm give you the flexibility to do the school run, get to the gym or attend appointments.

We consider part-time roles, or more flexible hours, so enquire with us if any opportunity on our careers page is of interest.
